What to Bring

To ensure a seamless check-in process, please bring the following items with you:

  • Photo identification (e.g., driver's license)
  • Your insurance card and any required co-payment
  • A list of your current medications, including dosages
  • Any relevant medical records or X-rays
  • A copy of your advance directive or living will, if you have one

Patient Rights & Responsibilities

Billing and Insurance

Holland Medical Center accepts a wide range of insurance plans. Our financial counselors are available to help you understand your coverage and payment options. We offer financial assistance programs for those who qualify. You can pay your bill online through our secure patient portal for your convenience.

Medical Records

You can request a copy of your medical records through our Health Information Management department. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. You may also access parts of your record instantly through the patient portal.

General Wards:

10:00 AM - 8:00 PM Daily

Intensive Care Unit (ICU):

Limited to two visitors at a time during specific hours. Please check with the nursing station.
